
TruCheck performs background checks and drug screenings both pre-employment and periodically on all current employees. All new TruCheck employees must complete structured safety training as well as written safety tests. Employees also keep a comprehensive safety manual on hand.
Once we find the best folks to provide our services, extensive computer aided and hands-on training must be successfully completed prior to being assigned workorders. Training is an ongoing process for us. Not just keeping up with what’s new, but setting the standards with services, training, and technologies.
Structured Safety Training at TruCheck may continue on a monthly, weekly and sometimes daily basis. The nature and frequency of training is based on specific issues or areas of concern in a region or service area.

TruCheck managers have frequent discussions about important safety issues and how best to deal with them.

TruCheck employees are required to be familiar with a library of safety information.
